Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Academic SEN Tutor to join our team. As an Academic SEN Tutor, you will play a vital role in delivering 1:1 tuition sessions to students aged 4-25 with SEN/SEMH needs in the Hadleigh area.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • ">
  • Planning and delivering individualised sessions to meet the unique needs of each student">
  • Building strong relationships with students, parents, and other stakeholders">
  • Developing and implementing strategies to support student behaviour and well-being">
  • Collaborating with colleagues to share best practices and improve outcomes">

In addition to your teaching expertise, you will also possess excellent behaviour management skills and the ability to work effectively with students who may present challenges.

As an Academic SEN Tutor at 1st Staff, you will be supported by a dedicated team of professionals who share your commitment to providing high-quality educational experiences for students with SEN/SEMH needs.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of approximately £40,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as:
