About the Role

Cygnet Health Care is seeking a skilled Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) to join our team at Cygnet Brunel in Bristol. As a Bank Registered Mental Health Nurse, you will have the opportunity to work night shifts on a bank basis, providing high-quality care and support to individuals with complex mental health needs.

Job Responsibilities
  • Produce comprehensive written reports based on your nursing assessments and observations
  • Work closely with the management team to develop and improve the service, ensuring high standards of care and treatment
  • Attend training and engage in Continuing Professional Development (CPD) to enhance your knowledge and skills
  • Ensure that individual care plans are complete and maintained, in collaboration with residents, relatives, and other healthcare professionals
  • Administer prescribed medicines in accordance with healthcare procedures and guidelines

Requirements
  • Current Pin Number as a Registered Mental Health Nurse
  • Ability to maintain accurate documentation and undertake audits
