About the Role

Cygnet Health Care is seeking a skilled Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) to join our team on a bank basis, working night shifts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to our service users, while also contributing to the development and improvement of our services.

Your Responsibilities
  • Produce comprehensive nursing assessments and reports, ensuring accurate and timely documentation.
  • Work collaboratively with the management team to develop and implement care plans, audit, and improve quality.
  • Attend training and engage in Continuing Professional Development (CPD) to enhance your knowledge and skills.
  • Administer prescribed medications in accordance with NMC guidelines and Healthcare Commission standards.

We're seeking an experienced RMN with a current Pin Number, who possesses:

  • The ability to maintain accurate documentation, undertake audits, and demonstrate integrity in your role.
  • A good understanding of the latest nursing practices and standards.
  • A commitment to patient recovery, ensuring effective monitoring, management, and risk reduction.
  • Compassion, resilience, and a dedication to empowering and supporting service user independence.
Desirable:
  • The ability to deputise in a clinical lead role.
  • An interest in leadership, research, and assessment.
