Business Development Executive

Job Summary: The Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving business growth in the aerospace and defence industry by identifying new opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and implementing strategic plans.

- Negotiation and Closing Skills: Strong negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to overcome objections and secure new business.
- Market Analysis: Analyse market trends and identify opportunities for growth.
