The Role:
We are seeking a Senior Care Assistant who is ready to progress in their career with Helping Hands. As a Field Care Supervisor, you will play a key role in training the next generation of Care Assistants in providing exceptional support to our customers.
You will be involved in nurturing new carers from their first interview to their journey with Helping Hands. You will offer guidance and support to new carers while collaborating with the office team on recruitment, compliance, and customer reviews.
Main Responsibilities:
- Ensuring Carers are trained to the highest standard
- Supporting the branch team with auditing and compliance
- Conducting spot checks and supervisions with Care Assistants
- Meeting with customers to review care plans
- Conducting risk assessments
