Procurement and Finance Officer Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Procurement and Finance Officer to join our team at Ernest Gordon Recruitment Limited. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for consolidating data from our schools' contract register and handling daily procurement tasks, such as invoicing, bank reconciliations, and supplier relations.

The Role:
  • Consolidating Data: You will be responsible for consolidating data from our schools' contract register to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Managing Procurement: You will handle daily procurement tasks, including invoicing, bank reconciliations, and supplier relations, to ensure optimal deals and efficient operations.
  • Handling Financial Tasks: You will work alongside a small team to manage various financial tasks, including financial reporting and budgeting.
The Person:
  • Requirements: You will need a Level 4 Diploma in Business or equivalent, strong organisation skills, and a background in finance.
