We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Operations Executive to join our team at K.A.G. Recruitment Consultancy. As an Operations Executive, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office activities, bridging gaps between sales, production, and technical teams, and driving continuous improvement across the board.
Key Responsibilities:
- After-Sales Support: Handle after-sales issues efficiently, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Procurement and Stock Management: Oversee procurement and stock management, ensuring cost-effective purchasing strategies.
- Operational Support: Support sales and production to ensure operations run smoothly without impacting lead times.
- Continuous Improvement: Implement continuous improvement initiatives, enhancing office and factory efficiencies.
- Health and Safety: Maintain a safe and healthy work environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
Requirements:
