This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the leadership of our Wellbeing team. As a Senior Wellbeing Worker, you will be required to provide restorative support to a caseload of vulnerable young people around their emotional and mental wellbeing. You will also support, supervise, and appraise members of the Wellbeing team, contributing to the leadership, motivation, and growth of staff. In addition, you will oversee the effective coordination and delivery of the Wellbeing Groupwork programme in Schools and Healthy holidays provision.
Key Responsibilities:- Support and supervise members of the Wellbeing team
- Provide restorative support to vulnerable young people
- Oversee the coordination and delivery of the Wellbeing Groupwork programme
- Contribute to the leadership, motivation, and growth of staff
