Salary & Benefits

Our competitive salary range is £29,000 to £33,000 per annum, plus benefits including 28 days annual holiday (increasing to 36 days with long service), TfL Travel Card Zones 1-6, and enhanced family-friendly pay.

Job Responsibilities

As a Supported Employment Coach, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Identifying and delivering tailored support to individuals with learning disabilities and autism
  • Working in partnership with employers, the DWP, local authorities, and other referral partners to make worthwhile paid employment a reality for everyone
  • Implementing the recognized five-stage model for Supported Employment
