Roxwell Talent is seeking a highly skilled Senior Human Resources Advisor to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a vital role in providing a comprehensive and effective HR service to our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • HR Service Delivery: Support the provision of a high-quality HR service to the organization, including employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary procedures.
  • Employee Relations: Oversee employee relations, including complex conflict resolution and disciplinary procedures, to ensure a positive and productive work environment.
  • Professional Development: Demonstrate strong professional credibility and build ongoing relationships with managers and leaders as a trusted advisor.
  • Core People Processes: Drive core people processes, such as parental leave, probation, and performance reviews, to ensure compliance and best practices.
  • Coaching and Influencing: Coach, challenge, and influence managers to provide advice and recommendations on all people-related issues.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with the People and Reward Manager and HR Business Partners to ensure clear communication, alignment, and consistency of approach.
  • Employee Support: Deal with first and second-level queries from employees regarding general HR and benefits.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Produce reports and management information from the HR Management System and other sources.
  • Compliance and Governance: Ensure compliance with employment legislation and company policies.
  • Process Improvement: Participate in the continuous improvement of HR processes and procedures.
  • Ad Hoc Projects: Support ad hoc projects as required.
Requirements
  • Experience: Proven and significant experience of Advisor-level work, ideally within a confidential professional services environment.
  • Qualifications: CIPD level 5 or degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
  • Knowledge and Skills: Strong knowledge of UK employment legislation and HR best practices, solution-focused approach to conflict resolution, proficiency in HR management systems, proactive approach to employee engagement and wellbeing, and analytical skills.
  • Relationship Building: Excellent relationship building and influencing skills, ability to work with attention to detail and high standards, and experience of working in a fast-paced, professional services or legal organization.
