Instructional Specialist

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dedicated and skilled Instructional Specialist to join our team at Focus Resourcing Group.
This role is based in Northampton, offering a competitive salary of £30,000 - £44,000 per annum. The working hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons tailored to students' academic levels and learning needs.
- Employ specialized techniques to deliver the curriculum to students with SEMH (Social, Emotional, Mental Health) requirements.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with students, staff, and parents.
