Job Details

We are seeking a Senior Paralegal Specialist to join our team in Northampton. As a key member of our Residential Conveyancing department, you will be responsible for taking initial instructions, managing client cases, and adhering to our Quality and Work Management Systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on residential property matters.
  • Deal with client cases under supervision, ensuring timely resolution and excellent customer service.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve client satisfaction and retention.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in Conveyancing.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a senior paralegal or Conveyancing role, with a strong understanding of the Lexcel accreditation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of £55,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience.
  • A comprehensive benefits package, including 25 days holiday per annum (in addition to statutory days) and an extra day off for your birthday.
