We are seeking an experienced Director of Quality Assurance who actively pursues excellence in quality outcomes, taking the lead in defining what those should be from the voices of the people supported and working with our Operations & Engagement teams to deliver these. Our goal is to put the individuals we support firmly in the centre of what we do, so that while regulatory compliance is a given, we see impact, quality of life, and continuous improvement in the lived experience as the quality goals for which we strive.
The successful candidate will lead the development of a visionary strategy to transform the approach to quality within Walsingham Support, mapping out the steps that will take us from an over-focus on compliance to creating a culture of continuous improvement and learning. This will involve working closely with our Operations & Engagement teams to deliver a culture of continuous improvement and learning, helping to create great life experiences for our service users and flexible working hours.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a visionary strategy to transform the approach to quality within Walsingham Support
- Lead the development of a culture of continuous improvement and learning
- Work closely with Operations & Engagement teams to deliver quality outcomes
- Take the lead in defining quality goals and outcomes from the voices of the people supported
Requirements:
- Experience in quality assurance and management
- Proven track record of delivering quality outcomes
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Ability to work closely with Operations & Engagement teams
