Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize underwriting processes.
  • Provide training and support to underwriters on pricing and governance best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date underwriting guidelines.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. actuarial science, mathematics, statistics).
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in insurance underwriting or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
