Job Description:
  • Maintain close relationships with Subcontractor Partners, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
  • Analyze data reports to identify opportunities for improvement and implement changes to optimize processes.
  • Review and implement service level agreements, health and safety compliance, and commercial elements.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of client needs and preferences.
  • Schedule and manage Subcontractor Partner work orders to ensure timely completion and high-quality results.
Requirements:
  • At least 2 years' experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Estimated Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 per annum
