Cavendish Nuclear is seeking an experienced Programme Manager to join our team in Bristol. As a Programme Manager, you will be responsible for leading multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

About the Job

As a Programme Manager, you will have overall responsibility for the successful delivery of multiple projects, including planning, risk management, budgeting, and resource allocation. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and partners to ensure that projects meet the needs of our customers and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

• Develop and manage project plans, budgets, and schedules, working closely with stakeholders and team members.

• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks, and develop contingency plans as needed.

• Manage and allocate resources effectively, including personnel, materials, and equipment.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure that project deliverables meet their needs and expectations.

• Provide regular progress reports to stakeholders, including project status, issues, and recommendations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.

• Minimum 7 years of experience in programme management, preferably in the nuclear industry.

• Proven track record of delivering complex programmes on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

• Strong leadership and communication skills, with ability to motivate and guide team members.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to identify and mitigate risks.

• Experience with programme management tools, such as Asana, Trello, or MS Project.

Salary Range: £80,000 - £100,000 per annum depending on experience.
