Key Responsibilities- Manage a caseload of children in care and care leavers, ensuring their needs are thoroughly assessed and addressed.
- Develop and implement care plans that promote well-being, stability, and positive outcomes for children and young people.

- Advocate for the rights and needs of children in care and care leavers, ensuring their voices are heard in decision-making processes.

- Qualified Social Worker registered with Social Work England.
- Significant experience in a social work role, particularly working with children in care and care leavers.
