Finance Administrator

We are seeking a skilled Temporary Finance Administrator to join our team in Westminster. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of financial records and transactions.
Key Responsibilities:- Reconcile daily P&L and Balance Sheet accounts to ensure financial accuracy
- Handle credit card deposits and resolve disputes in a timely manner
- Prepare and submit fraud reporting and prevent fraudulent payments
- Monitor web payments and ensure accuracy and timeliness
- Collaborate with customer service teams to manage website order refunds
- Maintain digital financial records to Group standards
- Assist in the development of Ecommerce P&L channel reporting
- Support the Finance team with ad-hoc requirements
- Test new processes for financial accuracy to improve website functionality
- Previous SAP experience is advantageous but not essential
- Good knowledge of Excel is preferred
