Job Title: Lead Practitioner Social Worker

At Randstad Care, we are seeking an experienced Adult Social Worker to join our team as a Lead Practitioner. This is a permanent full-time position with a salary of £45,000 - £50,000.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide mentorship and supervision to staff within the team, ensuring professional standards and best practice.
  2. Ensure safeguarding adults at risk is a fundamental element of this job, with principles embedded in all procedures, practices, and decisions.
  3. Work alongside the team manager to promote a supportive team environment, enabling staff to work with individuals to promote independence, choice, and control.
  4. Conduct complex assessments and safeguarding enquiries to establish clear options for individuals to meet their identified outcomes.
  5. Work in partnership with adults, their families, carers, advocates, colleagues, and external organisations to provide professional social work support for vulnerable individuals.

Requirements:

  1. Minimum 2 years UK experience working in adult social care as a social worker.
