The Role of Our Deputy Shop Managers
Our deputy shop managers are commercially aware and constantly looking for new business opportunities. They motivate their teams, create a safe and energized work environment, and are accountable for their business. This role is empowered, varied, and busy, giving the opportunity to work with amazing people. Our shop managers are pivotal to the success of our business and can make a real difference.
