About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Learning Disabilities CAMHS Practitioner to join our team at Coventry and Warwickshire Partnership NHS Trust. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality therapeutic services to children and families, working closely with our multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver NVR individual work and lead consultations within the NVR clinic
  • Support and participate in the management of the treatment waiting list
  • Lead telephone, online and face-to-face reviews with parents/carers
  • Using online platforms and working creatively to support engagement and participation of families in NVR
  • Participate in MDT meetings and lead as appropriate
  • Carry out clinically related administration
  • Undertake NVR training as required to support the role

Person Specification
  • Professional registration such as Mental health Nurse, Learning Disability Nurse, Children's Nurse, Social Worker, Occupational Therapist
  • Experience of working therapeutically with children and families
  • NVR foundation training
