Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Manufacturing Shift Leader to join our client's team in Enfield. As a key member of the production team, you will be responsible for overseeing the efficient operation of the production line, ensuring high-quality products, and maintaining a safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of production operators to achieve production targets and quality standards.
  • Monitor and control production processes to ensure efficiency, productivity, and quality.
  • Implement and maintain health and safety protocols, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with the Production Manager to develop and implement process improvements.
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure adherence to quality and safety standards.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance staff skills and knowledge.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of production data, quality control, and safety incidents.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a manufacturing environment, with a strong understanding of production processes and quality control.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations and protocols, with the ability to implement and maintain a safe working environment.
