Production Shift Leader

Our client, a leading FMCG food manufacturer, is seeking a skilled Production Shift Leader to join their team in Enfield. As a key member of the production team, you will be responsible for overseeing the efficient operation of production lines, ensuring health and safety, food safety standards, and quality are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage production teams to achieve production targets and quality standards.
  • Monitor and control production processes to ensure efficiency and productivity.
  • Implement and maintain health and safety, food safety, and quality procedures.
  • Collaborate with the Production Manager to develop and implement production plans.
  • Manage and maintain production records and reports.
  • Identify and implement opportunities for continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a production leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of health and safety, food safety, and quality procedures.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
