Salary: Up to £25,000 per annum

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Conference Organiser to join our team. As a Conference Organiser, you will be responsible for planning and executing conferences and events from inception to delivery.

The ideal candidate will have experience in event planning, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work under pressure. You will be responsible for managing event timelines, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring that all logistical details are taken care of.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the planning and coordination of conferences and events, including venue selection, catering, and audiovisual requirements.
  • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure that all necessary arrangements are made.
  • Manage event timelines and ensure that all deadlines are met.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders to ensure their needs are met.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of up to £25,000 per annum.
  • A monetary bonus system, paid quarterly (up to 10% on top of your annual salary).
