Salary
An estimated salary for this position is £60,000 per annum, considering the role's requirements and industry standards in the Research Council region. As a Top 14 firm, we offer competitive compensation packages tailored to individual qualifications and experience.

Job Description
In this key role, you will be responsible for producing year-end financial statements, management accounts, and VAT returns while utilizing strong IT skills in Word, Outlook, and Excel. Proficiency in cloud-based accounting systems, particularly Xero, is highly valued. Your time management skills will enable you to effectively monitor and prioritize tasks, ensuring seamless project execution. Additionally, you will oversee larger client audits, supervise junior staff members, and contribute to strategic business development initiatives within the Research Council.

Required Skills and Qualifications
The ideal candidate must possess an ACCA or ACA qualification, have relevant experience in producing year-end financial statements, management accounts, and VAT returns, and demonstrate expertise in cloud-based accounting systems, such as Xero. Strong IT skills in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Outlook, Excel) and excellent time management abilities are essential for success in this role.
