Senior Compliance Advisory Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Compliance Advisory Manager to join our team at Willow Resourcing Limited. As a key member of our Compliance department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our business operates within the bounds of relevant regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide guidance and support to all business units to ensure compliance with applicable regulations.
- Identify and mitigate compliance risks, developing and implementing effective risk management strategies.
- Develop and deliver compliance training programs, monitoring their effectiveness and making recommendations for improvement.
- Perform horizon scanning, staying up-to-date with relevant regulatory changes and their potential impact on our business.
- Collaborate with management to recommend appropriate responses to regulatory changes.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a Compliance role within an investment management or wealth management environment.
- Strong knowledge of relevant FCA regulations, with previous CASS experience an advantage.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to deliver engaging Compliance training at all levels.
