Lung Function Support Specialist

Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 per annum
About Our TeamWe are a dynamic and supportive team within the Respiratory Centre at New Cross Hospital and Cannock Chase Hospital. As a Lung Function Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality diagnostic services to patients.
Main Duties- Provide technical support in the delivery of respiratory diagnostic tests, including spirometry and other lung function measurements.
- Assist in the maintenance of accurate records of test results and data collection.
- Participate in quality control activities, including equipment maintenance and calibration.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
- GCSE grade 4 or above (new GCSE grades) or C or above (old GCSE grades) in Maths/English and Science or equivalent qualification.
- NVQ level III in Science/healthcare related subject or equivalent experience.
- IT skills, particularly Microsoft Office, especially Access.
