Job Title: IT Helpdesk Support Specialist

About the Role:
Getting In Limited is seeking a skilled IT Helpdesk Support Specialist to join their team. As an IT Helpdesk Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical support to clients. This includes resolving helpdesk tickets, monitoring background systems, and liaising with third-party suppliers.

Key Responsibilities:
* Use ticketing systems to resolve helpdesk tickets and escalate to senior engineers when necessary
* Monitor background systems to ensure client devices, servers, and networks are working correctly and securely
* Liaise with third-party suppliers to troubleshoot and resolve issues
* Maintain up-to-date documentation of changes, logins, and critical information
* Communicate ticket status to clients throughout the process
