Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Content Operations Manager - Production to join our team on a one-year fixed-term contract. This role involves managing our production outsourcing and support processes across internal and external resources, maximizing capability, output, and reporting to ensure high-standard delivery across our social channels.

Key Responsibilities

">
  • Manage team accreditation requirements and serve as a central point for key organizations and departments across matchdays and tournaments.
  • Ensure key documents are centralized, accessible, and updated via Microsoft Sharepoint, and relevant paperwork for rights and contracts are filed and managed alongside health and safety, permissions, and assistant supervisory guidelines for maximum clarity and accountability.
  • Work across our key brands as a central point of contact across high-profile calendar events and tournaments for best way of managing resource against and ensuring clear roles and responsibility, as well as briefing and debriefing.
  • Manage multiple budget lines and processes, including leading regular stakeholder meetings, monitoring detailed month-by-month phased spending, and developing improved processes for prompt onboarding, payments, and reporting.
  • Comply with all company policies and procedures to ensure the highest standards of health, safety, and well-being can be maintained.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Considerable experience of working in digital/online environments.
  • Advanced experience with MS Excel and other Microsoft Office products.
  • Project management skills, including working with project management tools (Asana, Trello, Slack).
  • Agency and freelancer management expertise.
