About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our M&A Advisory Department as a Senior M&A Financial Analyst. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the development and execution of large and complex international transactions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert financial advice to executive management on transaction-related matters.
  • Support the preparation of financial models, valuation analyses, and due diligence reports.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless transaction execution.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external advisors, including banks and consultants.
  • Contribute to the development of M&A execution excellence within the company.
Requirements
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in conducting financial analysis for M&A transactions.
  • Proven track record of involvement in large and intricate cross-border transactions.
  • Expert-level proficiency in financial analysis tools and methodologies.
  • Strong numerical skills, with the ability to work in a dynamic environment with multiple competing priorities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
