About the Role

We are seeking an experienced strategic and analytical Finance Business Partner/Senior Financial Analyst to play a key role on the Amazon Payment Products Finance team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead strategic and financial planning processes for Amazon Monthly Payments (AMP) in 10 geographies.
  • Responsible for controllership of monthly P&L and balance sheet reporting.
  • Develop and report on financial and operational business performance metrics.
  • Provide analytical support for Senior Business Management to influence strategic decision making.
  • Work cross-functionally with product, marketing and data science teams to manage the AMP program.
Requirements
  • Significant finance or a related analytical field experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, economics, or a related analytical field.
  • Experience building financial and operational reports/data sets that inform business decision-making.
  • Experience identifying, leading, and executing opportunities to improve, automate, standardize or simplify finance or business tools and processes.
Preferred Qualifications
  • CFA or professionally accredited chartered accountant.
  • Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • The ability to translate large amounts of data into useful information and actionable conclusions.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills combined with the ability to meet tight deadlines and prioritize workloads.
