Exciting Opportunity for an EYFS Teacher in Oxford

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) Teacher to join our dedicated team at Wayman Learning Trust in Oxford. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of early childhood education and be capable of creating a stimulating and supportive learning environment for our youngest learners.

**Job Description:**

We are looking for a qualified and experienced EYFS Teacher who can plan and deliver engaging and age-appropriate lessons in line with the EYFS framework. The successful candidate will create a positive, inclusive, and safe classroom environment, monitor and assess the progress of each child, and provide regular feedback to parents and caregivers.

The successful candidate will also use creative and playful teaching methods to inspire a love of learning and work collaboratively with colleagues and parents to support the holistic development of each child.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Plan and deliver engaging and age-appropriate lessons in line with the EYFS framework
  • Create a positive, inclusive, and safe classroom environment
  • Monitor and assess the progress of each child, providing regular feedback to parents and caregivers
  • Use creative and playful teaching methods to inspire a love of learning
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues and parents to support the holistic development of each child

**What We Offer:**

**Requirements:**

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with experience in Early Years education

  • A caring and nurturing personality
