Job Title: Frontend Development Team Lead

We are seeking an experienced Frontend Development Team Lead to join our team at Canvas Reply. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for leading and growing our UK frontend development team, providing guidance, feedback, and support to ensure the delivery of high-quality software products.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of development experience, with a strong background in SPA development. You will be responsible for defining and implementing best practices, coding standards, and development processes to ensure scalability and performance of our frontend codebase.

You will also be responsible for managing projects from conception to delivery, effectively communicating updates on status, risks, and opportunities with both internal and external stakeholders. Additionally, you will conduct code reviews and quality assurance testing to identify and address issues early in the development lifecycle.

  • Flexible working hours: 8-10am to 4-6pm
  • Hybrid working: wfh 3-4 days a week
