Front End Developer Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Front End Developer to join our team at Canvas Reply. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for leading the front-end development of our web applications, collaborating with our UX/UI designers to create responsive and intuitive user interfaces, and providing technical leadership and mentorship to junior and mid-level developers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the front-end development of our web applications, ensuring best practices and coding standards are followed.
  • Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create responsive and intuitive user interfaces using HTML, CSS/SASS/LESS, and styled components.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior and mid-level developers, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.
  • Drive the adoption of new technologies and frameworks to improve the development process and application performance.
  • Collaborate with the backend team to ensure seamless integration of frontend components with APIs and services.
Requirements
  • 7+ years of professional experience in frontend development, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Extensive experience with state management libraries such as MobX or Redux.
  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, SASS/LESS, and experience with styled components.
  • Familiarity with mobile development using Cordova or React Native is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a passion for mentoring and developing talent.
