About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Housekeeping Professional to join our team at Gilwell Park. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and organization in our bedrooms, communal areas, and meeting spaces.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a clean and safe environment for our guests and staff.
  • Support events and activities, including setup and teardown.
  • Conduct routine inspections to identify and address any maintenance issues.
  • Manage daily laundry tasks and ensure timely completion.

Requirements:

  • At least two years of experience in a similar housekeeping or cleaning role.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently.
  • Good understanding of health and safety regulations related to housekeeping and cleaning.
  • First Aid and Fire Marshall training (or willingness to complete the training).
