We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Recreation Assistant to join our team at Wellington Health & Fitness Club, situated within the beautiful grounds of Wellington College in Crowthorne, Berkshire.

The Club is a well-established dual-use leisure facility, offering a wide range of facilities including indoor and outdoor swimming pools, a fully equipped Fitness Room, Sports Halls, Dance Studios, and a Climbing Wall.

As a Recreation Assistant, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of the Club, providing excellent customer service, and contributing to the delivery of high-quality leisure programs and activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the day-to-day management of the Club, including opening and closing procedures, and maintaining a clean and safe environment.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to member queries, and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Support the delivery of leisure programs and activities, including swimming lessons, fitness classes, and sports events.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives, and contribute to the development of new initiatives and projects.
