ALN Support Specialist

We are seeking an ALN Support Specialist to join our team at Pembrokeshire County Council. This role involves working with young people with Additional Learning Needs (ALN) in two clubs in Pembrokeshire, providing support and guidance to help them reach their full potential.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing play-based sessions that cater to the unique needs of each individual, building positive relationships and fostering a sense of community. A deep understanding of ALN and excellent communication skills are essential for this role.
The estimated salary range for this position is £18,000 - £22,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive training package and opportunities for professional growth and development.
