About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Housing Officer to join our team as a Senior Home Ownership Housing Officer. As a key member of our Housing Team, you will be responsible for leading a team of Home Ownership Housing Officers, working across a defined area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of Home Ownership Housing Officers to provide a consistent, quality service to our customers.
  • Coach and support the team to develop their skills and knowledge in leasehold management.
  • Work collaboratively with other teams to ensure great outcomes for our customers.
  • Represent the Home Ownership team at internal and external meetings.
  • Prepare and present court documents, and attend court as required.

Requirements:

  • Strong background in housing, with a focus on leasehold management.
  • Experience in preparing and presenting court documents, and attending court.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with other teams to achieve great outcomes.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle for work purposes.
