Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Commercialisation Project Manager to lead our internal effort to win and deliver EMEA Flavour Solutions commercialisation projects. This role involves managing cross-functional teams, driving project delivery, and ensuring speed and innovation remain core competencies.

Main Responsibilities

  • Drive commercialisation projects to ensure timely and successful delivery.
  • Project manage a wide range of projects, prioritising tasks and mitigating risks.
  • Communicate priorities and risks effectively to drive action and engagement.
  • Support the team by resolving issues and escalating when necessary.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance project delivery.
  • Participate in Integrated Business Planning (IBP) meetings to align with commercial objectives.
  • Provide training and support to direct reports and other team members.
  • Lead recruitment activities and seek development opportunities for the team.
  • Engage with stakeholders to secure support for process improvements and issue resolution.

Candidate Profile

  • Previous project management experience in FMCG or related environments.
  • Line management experience, managing team members in remote locations.
  • Fluent English language skills.
  • Desirable: PRINCE 2, PMP, Prosci Practitioner, or other relevant certifications.
  • Desirable: Salesforce experience.
  • Desirable: Integrated Business Planning (IBP) experience.
  • University degree in Business Management, Supply Chain, or related field.
  • Professional qualification in project management and change management.
  • Experienced project manager with strong leadership and technical skills.
  • Able to lead complex projects and change initiatives in fast-paced environments.
  • Can understand commercial strategic priorities and communicate them effectively.
  • Builds credibility and positive working relationships across all levels and geographies.
  • Can influence stakeholders to secure support for process improvements and key decisions.
  • Able to design and implement process improvements successfully.
  • Digitally savvy, leveraging IT tools to enhance project delivery.
