**Job Description:** We are seeking a skilled Plant Maintenance Manager to join our team at CV Technical.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the effective maintenance of our plant and premises, as well as ancillary equipment. This role requires strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team in a positive manner.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring that all maintenance activities are conducted in accordance with industry best practices.
  • Leading a team of maintenance professionals to achieve high levels of efficiency and productivity.
  • Developing and implementing effective maintenance strategies to minimize downtime and reduce costs.
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.

**Salary:** $85,000 - $115,000 per annum, depending on experience.

This is a full-time position, working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday. We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, including opportunities for career growth and professional development.
