The ideal candidate will have experience managing CMMS systems and a manufacturing background. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for this role.

The estimated salary for this position is £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience.

About the Role:

  • Develop and manage maintenance plans, prioritize work orders, and ensure schedules are met.
  • Maintain the CMMS system, asset register, and ensure data accuracy.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety standards during all maintenance activities.
  • Liaise with production and engineering, chair weekly planning meetings to align schedules.
  • Assist in managing contractors on site and support with method statements and risk assessments.

Requirements:

  • Qualification in a subject of Engineering.
  • Experience managing CMMS systems.
  • Manufacturing background.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to prioritize workload and work to tight deadlines.
