Job Summary

As a key member of our engineering team, the successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the growth of our client by helping us continuously improve our engineering capabilities, operational efficiency, and the service we provide to our customers.

Key Responsibilities


  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support project engineering, manufacturing engineering, design, and process improvement projects.
  • Investigate root causes of failures and create concessions, root cause analysis, and implement engineering changes to production.
  • Manage engineering for new product introductions, liaise with customers, and translate customer information into internal documentation.
  • Drive production efficiencies, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement test jigs, fixtures, and process improvements.
  • Monitor manufacturing processes to ensure compliance with approved methods and quality standards.
  • Provide daily, weekly, and monthly data and analytics to the business.


Desirable Skills and Experience


  1. Solid engineering background with relevant qualifications and experience.
  2. Strong interpersonal skills, ability to build rapport with internal and external customers, and a positive can-do attitude.
  3. Experience with configuration control, product structure, and design software such as Autodesk Autocad, Solidworks, Fusion, Vault, and Inventor.
  4. Ability to convey technical engineering issues to less technical colleagues and make decisions under pressure.
  5. Knowledge of design for manufacture principles and superb written and verbal communication skills.
