Senior Project Manager - Real Estate

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our Real Estate team in Belfast. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading project management commissions, ensuring successful delivery of projects to time, cost, and quality targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead project management commissions, taking responsibility for end-to-end service delivery.
  • Act as the key client interface, ensuring client objectives are met and projects are delivered to time and cost targets.
  • Manage project scope, including advising on strategic approaches, establishing success criteria, and planning for quality, safety, health, and environment issues.
  • Establish effective project governance, processes, and systems to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Monitor and apply performance management techniques, including the use of KPIs to improve project performance.
  • Manage project finances, including monitoring and advising on project expenses.
  • Ensure the production of formal project progress reports and other documentation.
Requirements:
  • Degree qualified in a relevant discipline.
  • Proven experience managing Real Estate projects, ideally in a consultancy environment.
