About The Role

Description


As a Chef de Partie at Butlins, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional food experiences for our guests. You will assist the Sous Chef and Head Chef in overseeing the preparation, cooking, and presentation of dishes in line with our brand standards and food safety policies.


You will be responsible for managing a specified section of the kitchen, ensuring the safe and efficient delivery of food propositions. This will include overseeing and managing small teams of commis chefs, mentoring and training them to achieve high standards.


You will also be expected to prepare and cook dishes with pre-approved recipe specifications, maintain accurate daily food diaries, and contribute to controlling budget margins in collaboration with the Head Chef and Sous Chef.
