Our residential care services in West Kilbride are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Senior Support Worker to join our team. As a key member of our support function, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest standards of care and professionalism for our young people.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the management of day-to-day operations within our services
  • Engage in and manage each child's plan to ensure their needs are met
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to provide a supportive and inclusive environment
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of care plans
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge
