Digital Marketing Specialist

Lincat, a leading manufacturer of commercial cooking, holding, and food display products, is seeking a skilled Marketing and Digital Executive to support the Group Marketing Manager in promoting the company's marketing activities.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and extending social media activity across key platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube. This will involve helping to set strategy, planning, creating, and optimizing content for maximum reach and return, as well as generating leads for sales follow-up.
Key areas of responsibility include:
Social Media Management
Develop and implement social media strategies to engage with the target audience and increase brand awareness.Plan, create, and optimize content for maximum reach and return.Monitor and analyze social media metrics to inform future content and strategy decisions.
Marketing Campaigns
Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote new products and services.Work closely with the R&D, sales, and culinary teams to plan and produce engaging and inspiring content for all channels, including videos.Monitor and analyze campaign metrics to inform future campaign decisions.
Website Development
Assist in the development of the company website to maximize return.Ensure technical issues on the site are addressed through to resolution.Monitor and analyze website analytics to inform future website development decisions.
Marketing Materials
Develop and create electronic newsletters, literature, and event materials.Work closely with the R&D, sales, and culinary teams to plan and produce engaging and inspiring content for all channels, including videos.
CRM Maintenance
Maintain and update the company's CRM system as required.
Analysis and Reporting
Analyze sales data to inform future marketing decisions.Carry out research into and report on competitor products, pricing, and activities.Monitor and analyze distribution partner website reviews and identify opportunities.
Qualifications and Skills
CIM or marketing qualification.A highly creative mind and ability to develop ideas.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Good knowledge of GA4 and email marketing platforms.Good planning, coordination, and teamwork skills.Confident and outgoing personality, able to develop good personal relationships with staff at all levels within the company and externally.Excellent knowledge of Microsoft products, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign an advantage.Video creation skills.Capable of learning to a high level Company data systems, including CRM, data mining software, and ERP systems, and other marketing specific software, such as email creation programmes.
