Job Title: Health and Safety Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Health and Safety Specialist to join our team at Kenton Black Ltd. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in ensuring the health, safety, and well-being of our employees, contractors, and customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Conduct site audits to monitor Health and Safety standards and prepare audit reports.
  2. Suggest and implement improvements on-site and monitor to ensure required actions are completed.
  3. Induct new starters to ensure they understand risks, methods, and standards expected when working on our sites.
  4. Check the qualifications of erectors on site to ensure they meet or exceed minimum standards required.
  5. Carry out training and toolbox talks to educate site personnel and ensure they understand expected standards.
  6. Complete accident investigation reports.
  7. Prepare and alter RAMS (Risk Assessments and Method Statements) as required.
  8. Assist the Head of SHE as required with documentation, administration, training, and projects.

You will be a key operational asset, and we are looking for someone with a strong background in Health and Safety, preferably with NEBOSH General and Construction certifications. You must have a current UK driving license and use of a personal car for work-related usage. If you are a self-motivated and positive individual with good communication skills and the ability to work flexibly, we would like to hear from you.

This is an excellent opportunity for an individual looking to cement a long-term career in H&S for a culturally excellent organization with a very bright future. You will earn between £35,000 - £42,000 plus car allowance and full package.
