Ward Host/Hostess Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Ward Host/Hostess at Ealing Hospital. As a key member of our Patient Dining team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional catering services to our patients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide menus and take orders from patients, ensuring their dietary and allergen needs are met.
  • Prepare and deliver refreshments and meals for breakfast, lunch, and dinner service.
  • Clear down ward areas and wash up dirty dishes, maintaining a clean and hygienic environment.
  • Liaise with ward staff to ensure patients' needs are met in a timely manner.
  • Offer outstanding customer service, prioritizing patient satisfaction and well-being.

Requirements:

  • Awareness of food and hygiene standards.
  • Passion for patient care, with excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure, both individually and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing situations and priorities.
  • Confidence in working in a hospital environment, with sensitivity towards patients' needs.
