Job Title: Process Mapping Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Process Mapping Specialist to join our team at Propel. As a key member of our Compliance Operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our processes and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and design process outlines, flowcharts, and implementation procedures to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Manage and coordinate projects across multiple global units, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements, leveraging your expertise in Compliance Operations and process excellence.
  • Provide guidance and support to team members on process-related matters, ensuring consistency and adherence to company policies and procedures.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in process mapping and process excellence, applying this knowledge to drive continuous improvement within the organization.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Compliance Operations, with a strong understanding of 1LOD and 2LOD framework and responsibilities.
  • 1-2 years of process excellence experience, ideally managing processes and projects across multiple global units.
  • Experience in developing and designing process outlines, flowcharts, and implementation procedures.
  • Experience of working in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment, with a proven track record of managing, coordinating, executing, and maintaining projects in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Experience of merchant acquiring or payments processing risk will be beneficial.
