Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement policies, procedures, and strategic objectives to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and quality standards.
- Lead and manage a team of staff to deliver services that meet the needs of our young people, including supported accommodation and care.
- Work closely with the Assistant Director of Quality & Support to ensure the implementation of quality assurance frameworks and improvement plans.
- Investigate qualitative data and identify customer experience gaps to inform service development and improvement.
- Provide leadership and guidance to operational teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality services.
- Develop and implement an annual internal audit program to identify trends, risks, and areas of improvement.
- Qualification in, or working towards, a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management or equivalent.
- Experience in a similar role requiring the supervision and management of staff in a setting for young people operating in supported housing and/or care.
- Substantial experience of working with young people and regulatory frameworks.
- Knowledge and understanding of expectations consistent with Safeguarding and Child Protection.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication, project and presentation skills.
- Effective listening skills and the ability to self-reflect.
- Clear and concise report writing for a variety of audiences.
- Excellent decision-making skills.
- A driving license and use of a car for work.
