About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Registered Service Manager to join our team at Adullam Homes Housing Association Limited. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality services that meet the needs of our young people.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement policies, procedures, and strategic objectives to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and quality standards.
  • Lead and manage a team of staff to deliver services that meet the needs of our young people, including supported accommodation and care.
  • Work closely with the Assistant Director of Quality & Support to ensure the implementation of quality assurance frameworks and improvement plans.
  • Investigate qualitative data and identify customer experience gaps to inform service development and improvement.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to operational teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality services.
  • Develop and implement an annual internal audit program to identify trends, risks, and areas of improvement.
Requirements
  • Qualification in, or working towards, a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management or equivalent.
  • Experience in a similar role requiring the supervision and management of staff in a setting for young people operating in supported housing and/or care.
  • Substantial experience of working with young people and regulatory frameworks.
  • Knowledge and understanding of expectations consistent with Safeguarding and Child Protection.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication, project and presentation skills.
  • Effective listening skills and the ability to self-reflect.
  • Clear and concise report writing for a variety of audiences.
  • Excellent decision-making skills.
  • A driving license and use of a car for work.
